ADMISSIONS

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants should request an appointment for a personal interview with the admissions office.  During the appointment, prospective students are allowed to tour the facility. Information on available courses, course hours, hours of operation and instructors will be provided during the registration in-take process.  Each prospective student will take a basic assessment test to determine if the student’s reading and basic math skills are acceptable.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES

Prospective students must complete the application for admission and meet with an admissions coordinator prior to starting class.  Once accepted as regular students, they will be referred to the Business Office to complete an enrollment agreement and discuss financial options. Applicants must provide a copy of their high school diploma, transcript, or a copy of their GED at the time they complete the enrollment process.

ADMISSIONS ORIENTATION

Orientation is required for all students prior to the beginning of classes. Specific instructions regarding the time of the orientation session will be forwarded to students approximately one week before classes begin. During the orientation process, students will be notified of pertinent rules and regulations, familiarized with the facility, and introduced to various faculty and staff.
